Shipping Questions
- Do you offer free shipping?
All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the US, no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping is available at an extra flat rate.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping arrives in 3–5 business days.
- When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address modifications are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement. Once the parcel enters transit, address changes cannot be made.
- What happens if my package gets returned?
If your package is returned due to an invalid address or missed pickup, you may pay a re-delivery fee for reshipment or apply for a partial refund.
Return & Exchange Questions
- What is your return window?
You can submit return requests within 30 calendar days after receiving your package. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Clearance, final sale items, and bracelets with artificial damage are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All returned goods must stay unworn with original packaging intact.
- Who covers return shipping fees?
We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged on arrival or we shipped the wrong product. For personal reason returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- How long does a refund take to process?
We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days after receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.
- My bracelet arrived damaged, what can I do?
Contact our email within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged product. You can choose a full refund or a free replacement.
Order & Product Questions
- How can I track my package?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Reach out via email if tracking information stops updating for more than 5 business days.
- Are product photos the same as the actual bracelets?
We try our best to display accurate product images. Minor color differences may exist due to different screen displays and are not considered product defects.
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only provide shipping services to addresses within the United States. International delivery is unavailable.
