Delivery Scope
We ship to all states within the United States only. International shipping is not available at present.

Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.

Shipping Options & Transit Time
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days delivery. Free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.
- Expedited Shipping (Optional): 3–5 business days delivery, flat $12.99 fee.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Contact our service email if tracking status stops updating for over 5 business days.

Address Notice
Please confirm your full accurate shipping address before checkout. We take no responsibility for lost or returned parcels caused by wrong addresses. Address edits can only be requested within 12 hours after placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to customer missed pickup or refusal will require a re-delivery fee for reshipment, or partial refund.

Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Items
Unworn, unused bracelets with all original packaging and tags intact. Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items with man-made damage are not eligible for return.

Return Steps
Email ValleyfulTrading@outlook.com with your order number and product photos to get a return authorization before sending items back. We will inspect your returned goods within 3–5 business days upon receipt, then process your refund or exchange.

Shipping Cost for Returns
- Our fault (wrong item, defective, damaged goods): We cover all return shipping fees.
- Personal reasons (dislike style, wrong size, accidental order): Customers bear all return shipping fees.

Refund Info
All refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 3–10 business days to show up in your account.

Exchanges
Exchange for equal-value items only requires you to cover return shipping. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged Goods
Contact ValleyfulTrading@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of damaged products. We offer full refund or free replacement for qualified claims.
